I found this picture today and thought it would be really cool to share. It gives you more of an idea of the different stations your baby will be once they enter the birth canal :) Now you will know what the docs are talking about when they say -3,-2 station etc. My baby to be born any day now is currently in -3 station. 
Hello Alyssa - I realize this article was written a while back, so am not sure if you monitor the comment section, but I was curious if you knew what unit of measure was being used for the baby's station?
